It covers stairwell and corridor cleaning, the care of entrance areas and lifts, the weekly sweeping duty including bin service, plus ongoing checks of lighting and the building's condition. We agree the exact scope individually with you.

That depends on the size and use of your building – weekly or fortnightly appointments are typical. We agree fixed, dependable cleaning days with you and stick to them.

No. We clean the communal areas independently and coordinate directly with the property manager or owner where needed.

During the growing season from spring to autumn we recommend every one to two weeks. We're happy to create a maintenance plan that suits the size of your garden.

Both are possible. Whether it's a one-off hedge trim before summer or a year-round maintenance contract with regular visits – we adapt to your needs.

Yes, on request we take care of the proper disposal of grass cuttings, hedge trimmings and leaves – you don't have to worry about a thing.

In principle, the duty to keep paths safe lies with the owner, who often transfers it by contract to tenants or a property manager. With our winter service we take this responsibility off your shoulders completely.

We monitor the weather continuously and are on duty early in the morning and at weekends when needed, so walkways and driveways are safe in good time.

On request we remove the grit after the season and leave your surfaces clean – for winter service contracts we offer fair, seasonal rates.

That depends on how it's used: with daily visitor traffic, daily routine cleaning is recommended; for smaller offices, weekly appointments are often enough. We'll work out the right rhythm together with you.

Yes, most of our clients have their premises cleaned early in the morning, in the evening or at weekends, so business continues undisturbed.

Routine cleaning of office and commercial spaces, sanitary facilities and kitchens, floor and surface care, plus waste disposal and consumables service. On request we add a thorough deep clean.

The price depends on the size, accessibility and condition of the property. After a free viewing you receive a fair fixed-price quote you can plan with confidently.

Short-notice appointments are often possible, for example within a few days of the viewing. We respond quickly, especially when deadlines from landlords or estate matters are involved.

We separate the materials properly and dispose of them by type. Items that are still usable are donated or recycled on request, instead of simply ending up in the bin.
